What you need for the Legendary 75

1 oz White Label Rye

½ oz Fresh lemon juice

½ oz simple syrup 

3 oz champagne (or sparkling wine)

1 lemon twist to garnish

How to make the Legendary 75

Step 1: Mix the white label rye, lemon juice, and simple syrup into a shaker with ice. 

Step 2: Strain into a champagne flute. 

Step 3: Top with the champagne 

Step 4: Garnish with a lemon twist. Enjoy!
